Sunday just got better
Good morning to all you lovely WA Affiliates, I can hear you asking just what has Stuart been on to be so cheerful on a Monday morning, nothing I reply, but it is a glorious day here in South Derbyshire, have been for my morning walk for my paper with a spring in my step, had half an hour in the garden. With my shirt off, yep you are right, not a pretty sight.
Back in the office and the day is planned, with the week mapped out Just hope that I can keep the momentum going, so back to the cause.
What Happened on Sunday!
Went for my walk to the shop feeling a little down, not for any reason. When I got home said to my wife, am doing nothing today at all. Went for a walk round the garden, went in what was the Summer House, which is now my studio. That is a rather loose word as I think that I have been in it once this year.
See some pastel paper, so picked up my pastels and made a few marks, just a rough outline, but the difference it made was astonishing.
Going back outside, it was so warm off came the shirt, and I removed the ivy that comes over the fence from next door by the studio. Now I have a fence that I can see. Whilst I was doing this decided what to do in the office.
Went back indoors, made a coffee, and set too. Went through some WA mails, then had a look at my business pages on my PC. Realized that I had not had a tidy up for ages. The problem with me is I buy or get free downloads and forget them.
So I spent the rest of the day transferring zip files and PDF files into word. When I do this and am happy, I then transfer the originals to folders to get them out of the way.
Looked at some of the downloads and was amazed by what I found. Have been aware for a long time that I could use power point to do a form of video type presentation, but only in a basic sort of way.
Guess what, one of the downloads has a tutorial on it how to make a video using power point, just have to curb my enthusiasm to get started, as I do have training to do and the WA must come first. So that is one of the reasons for me being so upbeat, also had one of my long chats with myself.
This always helps, but one of these days I am going to keep going for a week or two instead of just a few days.
Until the next time, have a productive week.
Stuart

My Sundays are usually spent in Church and sometimes for the entire day as we are in the month of appreciation for our Pastor.
Have always believed, but also believe that you do not have to go to Church to worship or believe. God Bless.
Great post Stuart!!
Sundays are usually a relaxing day for me also. Great to hear that you got a spring in your step. Maybe that will be contagious. That's something I need to hear about today or any day really.

I can relate to this post. I have all the tools and information I need to learn and be successful...much of it right here on WA! As you, I just need to keep the momentum going. But we are here, taking those baby steps each day so that is something.
Have a productive week.
Debbie
Sundays are the best days, I have fond memories of my Sundays in England, Work to the Shop to get the Sunday paper, roast Beef and Yorkshire puddings and then relaxing in the afternoon, What could be better. Now I live in New Zealand where we have roast Lamb. . Love your Blog, thanks
