Introduction:

Hi All, weekly round up of what has been happening as far as I am concerned on the Challenge.

The photo is not to reflect my mood or temper as I am really good this morning, it is a reflection of the weather here in South Derbyshire, thought that the few days of sun were too good to last, but the garden needs it, the little veg patch is looking really good today.

Feel really with it this morning have been and done the weekly shop, unpacked, been on live chat all before my first mid-morning coffee.

Progress This Week:

Am really quite happy with the way things are going, did have a blip day on Monday I was out for the day and got absolutely nothing done, was at a Royal Briitish Legion funeral yesterday morning, but once at the computer after lunch the words seemed to flow, finally decided at 11.30pm that it was time for this 'old' man to retire to his bed, it was still gone midnight before I finally got there.

Have now just four posts left to submit to the site, of these one requires a final proofread then it can go, as I put the graphics in last night, another needs a final check and graphics adding, the other two are started, but need completing and still a little more research.

Have to send the site/ review complete with WA link to a couple of friends to see if I can get them interested in WA, you just never know with people how they will react until you try.

Still having problems with Gravatar, but I am leaving that until last, as I am course to finish and have posted all sites by next Monday, which is a week before deadline day.

Once I have posted all the required content, intend to revisit each published post to check that I am happy with the layout, also to add any affiliate links which I now have.

Then with a bit of luck I might have a few days to return to my business, with the intention of finally making some money.

Conclusion:

Realize that this post is quite short, but I do not believe in writing for writing’s sake, as reading over long posts I find can be boring. In fact it makes me look very closely at the length of my posts, the theory is if a long post that I am reading bores me, how will others react if I do the same. Having said that some long posts are really interesting, so you never really know what to do.

Take care,

Stuart

Hey Stuart,

Sounds like you're doing very well. Thank you for sharing and I'll be coming up with my report soon.

Keep up the good work.

Monica

Looking forward to your update.
Stuart

Always enjoy your posts. I agree, short and to the point.

Thanks.

Hi Stuart glad to see that you are progressing nicely with the Challenge.

I agree with your comments regarding the length of blogs particularly since we are encouraged to write at great length.

Then again as you said the important thing is to keep it as interestingly as possible.

All the very best and keep up your good work.

Many hanks, it is an interesting topic.

Good go...moving forward

Great! It seems we are all time precious and I prefer short and to point posts as well. Cheers

Thanks Jill,
Stuart

Hi Stuart. Wow looks like you have had a busy week so far. We have a public holiday here is South AFrica, as we are voting today for our general elections. My sons and I went earlier on this morning to cast our votes. We were done rather fast as I went to the disability cue with my disabled son as I'm his primary care giver. I'm praying that everything goes smoothly in this beautiful land in which the sun shines most days, winter and summer. We are going into Winter now in this southern hemisphere of the world and have beautiful sunny days. Now is the best time of the year. It's not too cold yet and the awful heat of summer is gone. It's my favourite tome of the year. I love the warm colours of this time of the year, especially the oranges, yellows and light brown colours of the leaves before they fall off the trees and make a mess.

You are so lucky.

Wednesday is here and it looks like you have it pretty much wrapped up as far as hitting the SAC deadline. Always enjoy your posts Stuart, long or short. Be well.

Thanks mate.

Doing good Stuart, keep it up!

I remember I had some minor issues with Gravatar. Can I be of assistance with your problem?

Not sure, it lets me do the photograph etc, but when I try to load it, I get we need a different website, not to worry, if I still get a problem will advice next week, but thanks for the offer.
Stuart
