Introduction

Good Morning to you all in the WA Family, trust that those who are not snuggled up in bed are working hard on their sites.

It has been a strange few days in some respects, feel that I have not done a great deal, then analyze just what I have achieved and have come to the decision that in fact the title is very apt.

The next section reveals all (I hope!)

The Last Three Days

As always have started the day with my visit to the chat room, pleased to see that there are a number of new members using it, with their varied and interesting questions.

Seem to remember that my tasks were to spend more time on my website and at WA, also to check out a new project which I had in mind.

Failed totally regarding the website and WA did not visit at all.

The reason was the project, it is fact the start of totally brand new complete site. I say new, in fact it has been open for a few days, in so much that I have done the first basic pages. Having made copious notes, spent a lot of time on research and training, finally have a game plan.

Forgive me if these notes are not quite in the correct order, I am typing as I think (never a good idea). The last few days have seen me accepted for a number of appropriate affiliate sites, as I start to piece together just what I need going forward.

It has finally dawned on me that I am not going about things the right way, so it is time to get all the basics lined up first. It is no use doing affiliate marketing without affiliates, feel that whilst I have E books, planners and other bits, do not have the affiliate links to help swell the coffers.

Started the thank you page for my first offer, have a small problem, but think that I can solve it.

The training that I am doing will guide me on how I need to continue, (well that is the plan).

Also lining up for future use a Membership Site and a Shop. My plans are far to complex to even begin to explain them here, but I hope that once I get properly launched then all I need will be in place.

The basic swipes are in place as are a number of gifts, the funnel is also taking shape.

Have heard the word jigsaw often mentioned, well this is certainly one.

Do appreciate that most, if not all of you will have already done all this, realise that I have just been messing about and getting nowhere fast. Had a sharp shock when I lost the greenhouse last weekend, the garden needs major surgery as does the house, so I just cannot spend as long as I do on the computer.

Must get a business plan set up and automated.

The Next Four Days

It is not rocket science for me to realise that from now on it will be the project, apart from my visit to the chat room, that I will need to really concentrate on.

Should be fun, may need to pick some of your brains as I move forward, especially when I am not certain of a step or how do I sort this out.

Will also need to build a list.

Conclusion

Just hope that this time that I can keep to the plan, and not go off on another half-baked idea, feel that with work that this will be the ideal business plan for me.

Over the last few weeks have been planning for this, just not had the final pieces or incentives which I have now.
