Almost a Week to forget

Would normally be writing about what I achieved this week, but for a number of reasons the answer is not a lot.

The first four days of this week have been in the main taken up with my work with The Royal British Legion, Monday being preparation day, though I did do little WA work so read the rest of the minutes on the train on Tuesday.

This was the day the Royal Air Force had its formal parade to mark its centenary. As I left the tube station, I was surrounded by a large gathering of people, as I had arrived just in time to see the flypast, only missed a couple of aircraft, so that started my day off well.

Was able to spend a little time before I changed for dinner on the WA site, as my laptop or tablet go everywhere with me. Also managed to type up a few notes about my plans for the future. Still had the odd light bulb moment this week.

Wednesday was spent in meetings all day and I returned home in the early part of the evening, just caught the football, missed the goal. Made a quick meal as I watched in dismay as England lost to a better side.

Then spent a couple of hours catching up on emails.

This morning switched on the PC and horror over 300 mails on my WA site, have spent the day sifting through them, also have a new student, who I have stated to help, will continue with another post to him, when I have finished this.

Whilst looking through things whilst I was away, came across an article on Amazon Prime, might in the future add this to my affiliate site. Also have had a quick look at getting a shop site that I have, ready to launch using Amazon. Feel more comfortable with them now that I have started to drop products onto my site.

Suppose my trouble is venturing into the unknown, and being worried in case I get it wrong.

Just about holding onto my top 200 spot, but for how much longer remains to be seen.

Even the garden has been neglected this week, though my wife did water the Hydrangeas whist I was away.

Until next time, when I may have actually done some work.

My life has been mad over the last three weeks.

I realised when I was writing my latest blog post that something's got to give if I'm ever going to make any kind of passive income so I completely understand.

We're here to make a new life for ourselves and sometimes, we have to put ourselves first if we're going to achieve that goal.

Take care of yourself Stuart, otherwise you'll burn out! :)

Many thanks for your kind words.

well Stuart given the week has been of such importance historically it's not surprise life got in the way

Unfortunately it does at times.

put it behind you that was this week! Next week is another time

Thanks Kat, makes sense.

Sounds like a busy week. Mine has been hectic too. Not with WA stuff, but family.
All the best,
Wendi

Thanks Wendi

Hey my fly buddy, boy, do I know the feeling. Had a house full of company all last week and now taking this week to try to catch up.
Just stay focused. Glad you caught the flyby. I used to love Greenham Common airshow.
Looking forward to the weekend!
Joe

Thanks Joe, so was I as I remember vividly both the 50h and 75th anniversary fly pasts.

Stuart

I flew on the Concorde both ways. On a return from NY, I told Captain Britian that I enjoyed the flyby of the Concorde. He asked if I enjoyed it and I said greatly. He said: "I was flying it and got me arse reamed out for it!"
Gotta love the Brits! Cousins!
Joe

Often saw Concorde when she was doing trials at Filton, when we lived at Weston-Super-Mare.

Awesome airplane!
Joe

Very busy time for you. You will get caught up and move onward.

Hope so.

Dear Stuart, I have also had a slow start this week, and it was only Wednesday when got down to some serious work here. Since my current working strategy is to create a 7-day plan and focus on achieving the tasks I set mainly over next 7 days... If you have a chance to look at my latest blog " Time, Is it our greatest treasure?" I have reflected a little on how we view time and have set out my 2nd 7-day plan and it already seems to be helping. If I only achieve these, I will be satisfied, if I manage to do more, I will be even more delighted! Would welcome your comment/feedback on this blog if you have time to read it. Be encouraged!!

Dear Stuart, have also suffered a late start this week, It was only yesterday, that I wrote my latest blog " Time. Is it our greatest treasure?" My current working method is to set a 7- day plan and focus on these tasks. I have found this to work well for me. I would welcome your feedback/comments on it if you have time to read it . Be encouraged!

Hope to read it Alan.

RAFStuart you have a busy schedule don’t lose your focus. As the old saying goes ‘Don’t look Back because something might be gaining on you. Good Luck and best wishes

Many thanks.

Thanks for your consistency, |Cannot say the same of me! Nearly two weeks have passed and I have rarely been here. Making a living and other, frivolous distractions took away time. Now I have this project to do for which i have to write a proposal. And I had been doing so well with completing the content to my site!

There will be a post about this!

Grateful to have had this moment.

Awesomeness!
Mojalefa.

Many thanks.

Must admit I've had a quiet week, work has not been great starting to get me down, plus then obviously watched the football and in between only managed to create a new article and a small bit on my website.
Im sure your week will be better next week
Brett

Brett,
I sure hope so, as I do yours.
