I believe that If you are moving a domain you already own, to WA, the only cost would be renewing the domain for an additional year, at the WA Rate ($13 - $15)

Okay, community got another question. If I decided to move my Domains over to WA this evening, will I have to pay for all of them today when I transfer them over?
Transferring the registration of a domain name always requires an extra year to be added to the registration period so there is a cost involved.
Moving your websites to WA is something else. Transfer a Domain Name, Move a Website
No. Moving your website is free. Transferring the domain name registration will cost you $13.99. You can move your website to WA and still have it registered where you bought the domain name in the first place.
