Why doesnt the website name not match browser tab?

I guess it has something to do with your permalink settings, it is in the dashboard >settings> permalink
You can choose between different options
Eg. plain, post name, numeric, custom structure.
One of your sites gives the correct permalink, you could compare the settings between the 2 sites

the links i put wont work. the page and the text side both look the now.
