So I understand through my web host, I have access to control panel, where I can get access to my back end

just curious, is it possible to have a feature that allows video to be played at different speed like Youtube does? Just that different people are more comfort
There is a Chrome extension that allows you to change playback speed. Just Google "can I change the speed of video playback" and you'll get results.

The Search widget uses your website's database. You don't need to set one up.
