I want to change my email address from peaceokechukwu44@gmail.com to Okechukwupeace77@gmail.com.
Please help me do that and I would be most grateful.
Thank you and bless

I mean my PayPal email address not my WA email address

PayPal for paying your WA dues or to receive payments from WA?

Yes

To change the one used to make payments to WA, click on your profile image in the upper-left here and select Account Settings. Once that page loads, click in Payment Options and make your changes there.

To change the one to receive money from WA, click on the $ coin icon and select My Stats. Scroll to the bottom and make your changes there.

Thank you very much, I appreciate your advice greatly

I Wat referred to site support as usual

In that case, open a ticket by clicking on Help Center > Site Support. Make sure to answer yes on the first question then Other, give it a title and type them a message. They should be able to help you out quickly.

They did. Thank you.

Awesome!

I assume you're talking about the email associated with your WA account...

You can update your email info by clicking on your profile image in the upper-left here and selecting Account Settings. You should see an edit link next to your email. Click that and make your changes.

Click on your photo, then "Account Settings". You can change your email address there.

I tried making some comments, and this was what I saw

We're sorry, too many of your previous comments have been reported as spam, being inappropriate, or low quality

You didn't do anything wrong at all, we all get that message. It is because there is more of a demand for needing credits than comments.
The best you can do is try at a later time.
Stacie

I hope so

This happens when you have too many rejected comments. check out the link rick gave you below.

I've only 3 disproved comments. And I have made up to 17 comments. The last time I checked. I had over 70% approval rate

The minimum approval rate is 80%. If you drop below this, you get banned.

Okay

try this hope it helps

Hi - your original question is still visible to the community, you don't need to ask it again. Both Phil and I have offered suggestions as to why this has happened.

someone adviced that I take it to Kyle. When I tried, this were it landed me.

This happened to me too...

Turns out I was giving Feedback and not Comments.

Comments are meant to show engagement about the post content. Things like "I never thought of that accessory. Do you think it would work for my specific situation?" or "I had no idea that an FAA license was required to use my drone for making money." and so on. These are simple examples. Real comments should be longer and truly show you read the content of the post. Comments tend to be shown on the post page itself so other viewers can see what's being discussed.

Feedback is more for the author in private. It can be something like "Your layout is great but have you considered moving your menu to the left side?" or "I don't thing the images you selected for this post really fit the content. Try changing some of them up." and so on... Again longer is better but you get the idea.

I suspect you were offering feedback and not really comments, your comments did not really fit the content or they were too short.

If this was your issue, and you know how to fix it, reach out to Carson or Kyle, explain what happened and that you know the reason now and ask them to reinstate your ability to leave comments.

You should note that people expect quality comments through the Site Comment system. Don't skim the content and write something quickly. Take the time to leave a quality comment.

Thanks alot.
I think am not guilty of giving feedback, I was really giving comments.

I was about to say all the same things as Diane, so won't repeat them. Just reinforcing that they are all what you should be looking at.

The Comments section should show you your percentage of approved and disapproved comments, so that metric is the place to start.

There's been a lot of blogging about getting bad comments and so people are getting more likely to disapprove comments that don't add value.

One thing I would do is contact Site Support to ask how long you are banned for.

Thanks Phil.

Hi - the site owners should have told you why they were disapproving your comments.

Problems include adding links to your comments, not adding value to the comments (ie just saying "that was a great article"), completely misunderstanding their article so your comment didn't make sense, posting feedback instead of comments (in other words, saying what you thought was wrong with their site) or just quoting sections of their article back at them.

If you think the decision to ban you was incorrect, the only person who can change it is Kyle. You would have to send him a private message stating your reasons.

Thank you.
