I need to contact customer service regarding a charge to my bank account.
Hi - if this is regarding your incorrect domain name, I already answered on your original question. You can't change the name, you would have to buy another one.
Hi - there is no specific customer service team. Site Support deal only with website problems. You will need to contact Kyle or Carson, which you can do by private message.
Go here https://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/contact/ - and under message catagory choose Billing
