From yesterday my website shows your connection is not secure, and when I try to open it from the advanced tab it shows immediately server error 404, file or directory not foun

I just clicked on your link and all seems to be working well.

-Mike

Let me know the URL and I'll take a look.

https://osstory.com

Its all working for me when I click your link

Everything looks fine, including the https: protocol showing in the address bar. See image.

Ok thanks looks like I have some issues here in my region.

Sounds like a broken link. Close down and re try and make sure the link is typed correctly.

don't know how this is possible, but trying to keep it normal.

I’ve just tried the link you gave @Phil1944.
All looks fine this end and your page came up with no errors .
Have you tried in a different browser or try clearing browser history and cache.

Hi, Prestam, are you sure that the URL is correct? Maybe you made some mistakes in spelling or so... Did you type the URL directly in the browser to see if it works?

And did you ask for indexing in GSC?

Yes everything works fine but from yesterday it happened. Already my pages are indexed in GSC.

I have no trouble opening your site...

Hi Abie thanks fro your support but still my website is down, unable to retrieve it.

even unable to log into my Wordpress!

Have you tried site support?

As I'm working on multiple projects it's very hard for me to keep all the domains up and running with up to date content. So I want to sell a domain that has multiple content a

There are a number of businesses that specialize in selling websites. Flippa is probably the best known, but a Google search will find others.

Thanks 👍

You may list your domains using marketplaces like GoDaddy, Sedo, or Flippa. I would follow up on each site's terms and conditions, what you need to look for, and how to make sales. Also, I would use escrow services to avoid getting scammed. They typically charge a fee.

If you have a built site, it is worth getting an estimate and working out your stats so that your buyer | and the bidder can work out their ROI. And to prove authenticity and transparency.

Or you may employ brokers to sell your domains; they also charge a fee.

Good luck with whatever you do.

Thanks Abie great information I will definitely follow as you suggested.👍

Sorry I’m late to the game here, but it certainly looks like you have great suggestions below — I hope you are (were) able to get this issue handled!

-Mike

Yeah definitely looking forward to it.

Hi - well, you are either just selling the domain name or you are selling the website as well.

When selling a website, the value is typically 30 x the monthly earnings.

So, obviously, for example, if you are earning $500 per month, you could ask for $15,000.

You would be expected to provide proof of earnings and traffic.

entire website along with domain name

Ok, you can use Flippa or Motion Invest, there are many others, but it depends on your earnings, as to which selling platforms would accept your site.

You can expect to pay a listing fee plus a percentage of the sale price.

Ok let me try

You can try to sell one on Flippa, Preetam!

Jeff

Thanks, Jeffrey

You're very welcome, Preetam!

How do I securely back up the entire website as I'm planning to refurbish my posts and post them on a new website?

You have some great advice and guidance here…I hope it all works out for you!

-Mike

All in One WP Migration no longer works here.

Yes, is there any other safe way to do that?

Yes vis site support

Thanks, I already watch the training Phil.

It's a process I've used to transfer sites between web hosts with no issues.

You may reach out to site support.

Thanks, Abie but is there any manual way to do this?

Download the WordPress files and database. To do this, you will need access to your website's files and a tool like phpMyAdmin to export your database.

Today when I visited Google Analytics, it insisted that I set up the new GA4 and connect my online property to GA4 because the old analytics will no longer be effective from Ju

oh, definitely seek site support with this. I really hope you get this sorted out easily. best of luck

Some have an easier time than others! Unfortunately, I am on the weaker side. Some have to understand there is a lot of people that is learning a ton of new things.
I try so hard as I know you are and sometimes the help is like speaking a foreign language. There are some awesome resources within the platform and use it. The great thing is WA can restart your website and a great technical support system. Please if you find an easier way to switch let us know because I have had several issues myself.

Hello, Preetam,

If it's a mess anyway, it might be better to restore from a backup, I think. Hopefully, you have it.

I don't restore anything and create a new one this time.

Thanks, Abie I just create a new property and set up everything again, let's see how it goes this time.

That's awesome; I also just responded to your other bit as well.

A couple of days ago an online PR company mailed me about a collaboration deal. At first, I ignore it but after some time I write to them and asked about further proceedings.

Hi - read Partha's post on the subject.

Thanks Diane for the information. 🙏

If incoming, I would do my due diligence, are they acting on their behalf or is it through an agency. If it sounds too good to be true I walk away. Also if the client website isn't up to standard, they may drag your website downhill.

Outgoing, I would want to know who I am publishing with and is it going to help my business, provided they've accepted my guest post.

Resource below has some ideas

Thanks, Abie for the feedback I definitely done some research work then decide, how to go forward. 🤞
