World Children's Day 2021
Children are the future of any nation and therefore the main purpose of any parent is to raise them properly. The United Nations has declared this day as World Children's Day, mainly for those who may have lagged behind for various reasons and are not developing properly.
Children’s Day began on the second Sunday of June in 1857 by Reverend Dr. Charles Leonard, pastor of the Universalist Church of the Redeemer in Chelsea, Massachusetts. Leonard held a special service dedicated to, and for the children. Leonard named the day Rose Day, though it was later named Flower Sunday, and then named Children’s Day.
The main purpose of this day is to provide children with proper education, food, and a suitable environment that will help them to become good human beings.
Investing in our future means investing in our children — which is why the United Nations has designated every November 20 as Universal Children’s Day.
It’s a time to promote togetherness around the world, awareness of the problems children face in every corner of the globe, and improve the welfare for all children.
Mothers and fathers, teachers, nurses and doctors, government leaders and civil society activists, religious and community elders, corporate moguls and media professionals, as well as young people and children themselves, can play an important part in making World Children's Day relevant for their societies, communities, and nations.
The pandemic has shown how inequality affects the rights of every child. From climate change, education, and mental health, to ending racism and discrimination, children and young people are raising their voices on the issues that matter to their generation and calling for adults to create a better future.
So, it's high time to take good care of each and every child by giving them the basic education and ensuring proper food because worldwide A big portion of children still remains uneducated and don't have nutritious foods. We must go hand in hand to help those as much as we can and create a better future for ourselves.
Thank you all have a great day.

Very nice, Preetam! Sadly, Children these days aren't what they used to be, but I guess the current situations in the world tend to have an adverse effect on them!
