Mindset makes the Difference
Many a time, we complain about the surrounding things - people & situations. Is it really the problem with the people and the surrounding situations ? Often, we are stressed ourselves & it is like looking at the world through a colored glass & and it is nothing but natural that we cannot see the things as they are. The world looks hopeless when we are stressed ourselves. So, it is so important to take care of our mind on a daily basis.
We give bath to our body daily. We brush our teeth daily. Is it not important to 'give bath to our mind' also,daily, when we start our day ? How can we do it ? Yes, there are many ways like doing physical exercise, Yoga, Meditation, Prayer, Breathing Exercises. You can decide what you are interested in or whatever suits you. As for me, I do Yoga, Meditation and some powerful breathing exercises and I start my day with all the enthusiasm and joy and keep myself in good health - physically, mentally & spiritually.
Remember, when we are physically and mentally fit, we can achieve more on the Professional front and enjoy life to the fullest !
