Ahh.Making that first dollar.
Hello I just wanted to take the opportunity to write this post especially to those people who are just starting out that if you hang in there and you work the system follow all the training step by step you will make money!
I am living proof, no I'm not a millionaire but I am definitely on my way to reaching my goals and my dreams in a definite radical life-change.
I can tell you there is no greater feeling than knowing that I don't have to get up and punch a time clock, I can wake up whenever I want make a nice big breakfast take as long as I need to eat it.
And than take a few short steps away from my kitchen to my home office and just like any other business when I step into this office I'm in business mode.
A lot of people think that making money online is easy, I have to disagree, it's not easy, but it is possible.
Because anything worth doing, is worth doing right, and if you want results from doing something that's worth doing, by God than you're going to have to work at it! some days are easier than others some days are harder than others but the results are rewarding.
That's why we do this because it's rewarding because it gives you security, freedom, and independence.
I have tried many ventures before in different groups, that promise you're going to be thousands of dollars richer in a matter of a couple days or whatever they promise.
But I've never been in a group like THIS ONE that teaches exactly what you need to know to be recognized as an original creator of content, recognized as a real tangible hands on business owner.
I love this group because they teach you the behind-the-scenes stuff that a lot of other groups don't teach you.
I'm not going to say the name of the group that I joined I think a little over a year ago that charged me upwards of $4,000 with the promise that I would be making three times that amount in about a month.
I did every single thing they taught me to do, followed all the training, bought all the software, broke my bank account almost a couple times, because I believed what they taught.
The end result was me actually becoming broker than before I started.
This group teaches how to actually get positioned in your business to where your a presence online, adverse to the other group the teaches join us, create a pretty website, and business will start flowing in.
That is utter B.S.!This group (Wealthy Affiliate) in my opinion is the best group, community, and training that breeds growth in both business and mindset that's out there!
I hope anybody that is new in Wealthy Affiliate reads this, feel free to contact me in a private message because what I am telling you is 100% truth!

and understand what your saying ..
I too have 'made the rounds', of various "programs and Schemes", with nothing great to show for it.
Years back, I "Worked Hard", and made some good money doing Website Design and Development for Businesses .. as well as Web Hosting .. but I couldn't stay competitive, without working myself to death, and that arena has closed for me.
Also, over the years I have tried 'em all .. with little to no success, and a great outlay of My Money and Time.
... (and for me, at 72 years old, "Time" is the more important element)
3 years ago I 'accidentally' found WA, and gave it a try .. but didn't try very hard .. and as soon as I got rolling, some "Shiny Object" or Promise of "Do Nothing Get Rich in a month" kept popping up, diverting me off the WA Path.
Last Year I got Serious about the WA Journey, but, through no fault of my own, that pesky thing called "Life" conspired to move me off of The Path, yet again.
Well Folks ..... I AM BACK !!!!!
Earlier this year I made a Promise to My Wife and Myself, that 2019 was going to be a Working/Building Year, and that 2020 would be OUR YEAR of Success and Joy.
I Know that I Can Do This .. and best of all I now have a Huge pool of Helpers and Mentors and "Friends" willing to help me achieve My Dreams. ..... THANK YOU ALL !!!!

And yes I have been tugged at by the "shiny objects" Man don't you hate that? what works for me is I keep a list that I stick to for the day, if I don't I get a sick feeling in my gut..
Granted down the road it only makes sense to expand the reach and grow the business, but here at WA is the perfect start, and immense growth in both mind and business!

Yes true, me too lost lots of money only to lose more time and more money...but yes WA is bar none
