Jaaxy is not part of the WA package, but you get a free account with 30 searches. After that you can pay monthly for Jaaxy pro. WA has its own keyword research tool, which you can click at the left hand side of your start page. It will do nicely, as I have used it for one and half years already.
Jaaxy is a keyword tool that is separate to WA and yes it is definitely worth using - you can get 30 free searches. There might be trainings available on WA I'm not sure but I have a breakdown of what to expect and what the different part are on my own site here if this helps. - Marie

I use the 30 free searches and then use WA keyword search.
