the only way to use the premium features is to rejoin for a month and get it sorted.
thems the rules i am afraid - i have seen a few of these comments - people not able to sort site problems out after leaving without paying another month of premium or not able to contact site support. But sitesupport is only available in premium membership.
Hope they can get it sorted.
maybe a months membership and sorting out the move will be worth their continuing in business?
note to self - if i leave don't park the sites at WA - move them to a free parking service elsewhere.

Another new member mentioned the same thing a few days ago. Can try using Chrome as your browser to see if ticking the tasks off will change that completion percentage?
The new design to WA's platform has little quirks they are still trying to work out, so your help in trying this will be greatly appreciated.
That's okay - I am using Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox - mainly firefox as I cannot view youTube videos with Google Chrome - don't know why - have had the computer to the shop and he tells me that I should be able to but I don't have time to waste trying to sort out the issue so I use firefox. I will try your method though and thank you for the tip

I am building a new website - carolsnooks.com - SEO - General settings is not there
Is the new website set to being administrator? that can make a difference too if it isn't.
Since it is a new website, check if the "All In One SEO" plugin has been activated. Once it is activated, only then can you see it on the upper left of your dashboard. Hover your curser over the "All In One SEO" and the "General Settings" will show. Hope this helps. Feel free to get in touch anytime.

I thought when we had a website we automatically had access to Wordpress - am I in error?
yep did that and they then asked for my e-mail addy and when I typed it in it said that is was not registered
That's odd. I don't have an answer for you. I use the Log In Now button and don't have to worry about my email or password.
I know its odd - so am I lol BUT I think maybe I am having a senior moment and maybe I used a different e-mail addy but I cannot see what it would matter if I go in through the log in button - thanks anyway
