Hello Guys, I tried linking my post to an amazon product but using the text editor but it doesn't lead me to amazon. Is there a different way of linking to amazon?
You need to be an affiliate in Amazon first. Not only in amazon but also in all websites that offer an affiliate marketing. Then when you are done to that. Then it is time for you to go to your Website back office and copy and paste the products you wanted to offers.
Note : Of all of these a step by step training in here how to do this.

Hi, I am actually an affiliate with amazon. So when I get the link from site-stripe and post it at the back of my website editor, the link doesn't take you back to amazon when you click. It brings the message :"blocked"

How long you are an Affiliate in Amazon? Did you comply in their requirements has a sales within 180 days? If not then yes, they will suspended your Affiliate Account.
I have a question that I want to know did you received any warning from them( Amazon) that they will suspended your account for awhile since you didn't comply the requirements?
I am also an Affiliate in Amazon international for so long.And still an Affiliate. But when I didn't comply to theirs requirement they freeze my Affiliates account. That, any moment I can go back to fix if I am ready.
That, I do believe same thing your issues with mine.

You don't create the link. You get the link from Amazon.
Have you applied to be an Amazon Associate yet?
Also, I don't see you have done the training at all. So, I would suggest you follow the training. Everything will be explained step-by-step there.

Hi - I assume you have actually applied to join Amazon's program and been accepted? If so, take a look at this video. Short Video On Adding Amazon Links To A Post This is very early for you to be joining Amazon's program. You need to make 3 sales in 180 days, and this won't be easy until you start getting daily traffic. Your website hasn't even been found by Google yet, so no-one will see it.
