Hi everyone, Poppy B here, I have a question I need help with, my computer is webroot protected so when I go to google to find my site, it has a yellow ! mark next to it instead of
If your talking about http://heal-with-magnets.com/ I checked out your site and it comes up fine for me with no messages indicating it is a problem. I would probably check with the webroot software company and question them about it. Sorry i couldn't be more of a help.

Hi I have purchased a domain through NameCheap but I messed up because I did not see the Name server
Help!! I have purchased a domain from NameCheap, but I messed up, because I did not see the Name server settings, so I have not got WA as my hosts, what do I do to correct this?
I have purchased my new .com from namecheap. I want to transfer my old rubix to my new .com. I hit move and I get an error message. Why?
Go to your website/hosting tab and put in a support ticket they will be happy to help you out.
No problem. I do not know NameCheap myself but they (domain sites) all have a prevision to point your new domain to wherever, in this case WA . Go to the name server details page and where it says add a name server (it might vary with the wording) add ns1.mywahosting.com and ns2.mywahosting.com . Delete anything else such as NameCheap's default servers. This will point your domain to WA. Sometimes you have to wait for the registering but it will work ok.
Don't worry - you can go back in and change it.
1. Sign in to your namecheap account.
2. From your homepage click on view domains.
3. Click on your domain (you may only have one)
4 From the left menu (blue area) choose Domain Name Server Set up
5. Click in the circle to specify Domain Name Servers
6. Type in ns1.mywahosting.com and ns2.mywahosting.com
7. Save changes.
It can take up to 48 hrs to change over to WA but often it only takes a few hours.
Hope this helps
Beverley
