How much content do you have on your site? Are you getting any traffic? You want to make sure you have a pretty decent website set up before you apply, also make sure you have a privacy policy page as well.
I've been denied by some programs several times before they finally accepted me, so my advice would be to keep working on your website and just apply again when you think you've improved. Also remember there's tons of other programs to select from if one denies you!
the thing i did was pretty funny :D literally minutes after my site was created (just created :D ) i applied for ebay lol of course they will deny my application coz my site is pretty useless, but thats me, asking before even thinking ;) tnx for answer!

Your website contains misleading links or promotional content
Your business model involves re-directing traffic directly to eBay from display ad networks or paid search

Example: i need a vanilla beans :D so what do i do? search for it on Amazon or Ebay and buy it. Why go thru my site? Maybe i dont understand the system yet ;)
If I understand your question, you're trying to figure out why anyone would go to your site and buy anything through your affiliate links, rather than to just go to amazon and buy it themselves, right?
The purpose of this system is to find a niche that you know about and interests you. Your site will give people who needs more information about a certain product or service they want before they purchase.
Example: someone looking for vanilla beans will search online. If they stumbled upon your site, they may read about different types of vanilla beans or benefits, etc. Then they will have more info and may decide to buy it through your site and end up on amazon anyway through your affiliate link.

For example, somebody want to buy a book from Amazon, they have to go to your website and click the link for Amazon and thru that link, Amazon will pay you for referral thru your website. when somebody make a purchase.
