Start by doing research on the topic in books, magazines, on google. You'll find ideas on what to see. good luck.

First off, each article should be focused around a keyword. A keyword can be a word or phrase and it's pretty much the theme of your article.
You can use the keyword search on jaaxy to get some ideas.
Once you have your keyword/title, then just start writing! You want to have a few headings (at least 4) to separate your content so it's easier to read. You also need a conclusion.
That's pretty much it!
You can use site content to write your article as well.
