Your Greatest Weakness Can Be Your Strength
Is it hard to identify your weakness? Most people are not willing to talk about their weaknesses for fear of embarrassment or other reasons.
Personally, as a boy, I was always loved talking with my friends and some of my close friends accused me of arguing a lot. I guess according to my friends this was my weakness. Later in life, I found out that I was gifted in motivational talks and counseling. My "too much talking" was turned to motivational speaker.
Am also brought up in a humble family whereby life wasn't easy when I was growing up. This taught me how to work hard to achieve what I want in life. My humble life became my reason to hold on to something and to work persistently until something happens.
What is your greatest weakness that has become your strength? Do you have a weakness that can become a strength?Feel free to share your views here.
Blessings
Paul.

Hey Paul. I'd say my greatest weakness is being frank and straightforward. Some people get offended by it especially those who do not know me very well but this can become my strength in the sense that I do not have to make excuses for things that I do not want to do . For instance, if somebody wants to borrow money from me, it's easy for me to say "No" without having to lie about not having money or come up with any other excuse.
I would classify this as an important strength you have, though as you say, many people won't understand it as strength. I don't care what people think of me in such a case. I'm imagining this case at hand whereby someone borrows your money and you start giving excuses and lies, it turns out to be another bigger weakness. So I think you have one of the most important strengths that many people lack.
