Best Support Team
I congratulate both Kyle and Carson for being the best in the world in assisting their members who really need their help.
Today I renewed my premium membership after being away for some months and all my websites were gone. I wondered if I can't access my websites what was the need of staying here anyway? I felt so desperate. To make it worse, I couldn't even remember where to find the support.
After reading a blog by Loes, I remembered and conducted them immediately. Amazingly, within 20min, my two websites were back again. Amazing! Thank you Loes.

One of my websites expired while I was away and the support team assured me that it's possible to renew it back after 5 to 7 days. This too is amazing!
I'd like to pass my appreciation to the WA support team and really encourage all the newbies that this is the best place to be.
