Hello, Peter here from Sydney, Australia. I spend a lot of time on the Internet and have chronic neck pain plus schizophrenia. It's not fun

I chose the Contango Theme for my blog, but in the sidebar is a blurb about the Contango Theme. How do I get rid of this? Thanks.

How can I delete the right menu bar? I already have a main menu on every page which is sufficient. This extra one is redundant.

Thanks!

I take it that you figured it out, right? I don't see a right menu bar.

Left a comment on your site, by the way. Good article.

If you are so inclined, I'd love a comment on my latest post: http://coolbaseballmemorabilia.com/make-an-offer-on-amazon-a-fantastic-feature/.

Yes, I finally figured it out. Thanks for getting back to me. Good luck with WA! Cheers.

I've been trying to delete the 'About Vortex' theme description from my home page & it just won't go! Driving me mad! Went through Appearance then Widgets but About Vortex is nowhere to be seen so I can't get rid of it. I'm no tech-head as you can tell! Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

It looks like the blurb is in a sidebar widget. On your dashboard look to the left menu and go to Appearance. There you want to click on widgets. There should be text widgets listed on the right side. Look at the text and delete the one you don't want. If you don't want that text box for anything else, click, grab and move it back to the widget list, usually on the left. Hope this helps.

Thank you. I worked it out. I had to drag a widget to the right titled, 'Contango Primary Sidebar'. When I did this, the contango blurb disappeared and was replaced with my own text sidebar.
