I had a quick look. It looks legit, but there are many of these quick buck opportunities that arise and then fall away. The best idea is research as many reviews as you can. They say there is a 30 day money back guarantee so you could sign up and take a look and do a review and get your money back if you don't like what you see, and you can use it as content on your site. It looks like there are upsells involved. i.e. you sign up at a low price and then find that you need to shell out more and more to get the full system running. Think about it you are going to have to sell it, it will take time and money that you could have put into your WA business .

Yes Peter, and you must verify in order to receive results about your site(s).
As soon as you have a webmasters account and an analytics account - Do it asap.
