Hello Everyone! The deeper I go the more doubts I have ;). I have already bought my own domain. It took me few days to decide (I put about 10 domains into shopping cart before

If there's demand for retro football shirts and you can write a lot about them, then go for that niche. As for the actual shirt images, apply for a few relevant affiliate programs and ask permission to use their images. In most cases they should say yes because you'll be generating them revenue after all.

We see you have already received some great advice which will solve the image problem and finding affiliate programs.

As long as your are very passionate about this niche you can make it work,

Throughout the growth of every business there will be challenges. We all face them. The secret is getting ideas from WA members and thinking of solutions for each problem that arises. And becoming more experienced and stronger with the ability to help others as well.

We wish you much success as you continue on.

Hi - yes, acquiring such images will be difficult. However, I presume that is how you planned on monetizing your site? By promoting those shirts etc.

If so, once you join an appropriate affiliate program, they will supply you with the images. So, for the time being, you could perhaps not add any specific images or just add generic football photos, and then later, replace them with the correct ones.

Hi, domain names nowadays are not so effected by SEO, vs writing quality rich content with good choice of keywords latter of which would rank you in the search engines.

It should also not include keywords related to registered, trademarked or established businesses as you do not want to build your site and years later down the line, you'd land a suit.

No never give up when there's a will, there's a way.

You can do a google search
Your niche + affiliate programs
Your niche + affiliate programs + location
and see what results you get

You'd need be affiliated with a program to be able share material and special code links promote items. Then you would be able include their imagery as per terms and conditions.

Yes I want to monetize by writing about retro shirts, compare them to the new ones and so on. So does my website can be also about some other connected topics? I mean the domain name is not crucial in the matter of writing the content later? Example: domain name: footballretrokits.com does not close the opportunities to write about some similar topics (connected to football)?

Don't know much but I've looked seems fairly good name there's plenty room (you are not limiting yourself), you can include original, classic and vintage items, even when continuing to add original content and starting to become an authority, can think of scaling and diversifying see example below I'd start adding content starters you are looking at 20 - 30 posts before you are able apply for affiliate programs and some traffic.

If I feel later on I need change, I can always apply the move feature included within site manager, a 301 redirects. But I wouldn't worry about that now, as long as I am passionate and loving my niche. I can make it work.

Hello does anyone can share url to their project/www ? I see a lot of nice messages, posts but I would like to see someone's effect. I would like to see what is the final resul

When you get to this part of the training: You'll see the example website that Kyle put together for his training:

https://mybasketballskills.com/

So it will be a blog that you'll be building, but around your own niche promoting affiliate products.

Hi, if you look at your network you may view members profiles and see if they shared any website links in right sidebar of their profiles. So you are currently connected to 29 people.

Another way is searching google for

wealthy affiliate + sites

Some sites may come up in the Make Money Online niche.

However, it all comes down to your efforts and productivity which I am sure you know, researching a qualified niche, write quality rich high impact content with good choice of keywords, latter of which would rank you in the search engines.

Another point I would not cramp all my affiliate links in a shop style without any or minimal content as it would not serve a purpose. I would follow the training and apply what is taught all is explained within the lessons. End of each lesson there's a checklist, set of activities for you to do to set up correctly.

The websites that members create here are varied just like websites created by non members.

It is totally up to the website owner to decide what type of website that they want and then to arrange for that to happen. There are blogs, there are online shops, there are mixtures of blogs/online shops.

The type of websites that Kyle mostly covers in his training (from what I have seen) is more geared to the blog approach.

There is also training on e commerce and using e commerce related WordPress plugins.

I would add that if going the e commence route to consider to be way more than a site listing items for sale, as there is not a lot of SEO juice to be got for a new site from that. This is my opinion, others of course may have different opinions.

Remember it is the different unique quality content that search engines rank... if you have the budget to advertise your online shop that just lists products for sale (with no "real interesting content") that is another story.

They are really what you make them. It is your website to design as you choose. However, the most of the ones on here are blogs. If you choose to review people's websites for them, then you will get to see what others are producing. You can do this under site feedback.

Thanks I get it. I know I depend on myself. However I just want to know if more webs looks like internet shops or rather blog's? What is the "product"?

In general, they have blog posts that provide useful information about the niche subject. They will also have review pages, where a specific product is recommended, and the affiliate link for the product is added to this page. This is all covered in the training.

I choose my first theme and it has following page speeds insights

Page title Desktop Mobile

Hello World 96

Hi

A very good score is between 60 and 80. For best results, you should aim for 70 and above..

These are just guidelines, however it should not replace quality content however both can be achieved.

You can get full score for mobile if you use GeneratePress. I highly recommend using GeneratePress actually. I use it on all my websites.

Doing very good Philip, and you received couple of great answers. To your success following the training.

Elizabeth

Hi - page speed is affected by numerous things, not necessarily the theme. However, it's not something to worry about at this stage. Don't get sidetracked away from the training.

Perhaps check it again in a months time when you have a lot more content on your website.

Those are still some pretty good scores. However, don't get hung up on the speed test thing because it'll drive you nuts and prevent you making progress. Trust me, I've been there lol.

Just focus on cranking out great content following the training, and let WA's hosting and Google handle the rest.
