I need to check with you about this. It´s too good to be true. Not sure if I am doing something wrong. Is this a GREAT opportunity? (I am really asking you this honestly)
Please tell me that this is a really low hanging fruit?

competition is great - but who are they - if they are all high authority sites - then think again
from the furst number the avg it looks like it is an informational keyword and it maybe covered by high authority sites.
check google or jaaxy search analysis to see who is there.
the old adage of 'if it looks to good.....' usually applies...
hte people searchin for this keyword may not yet be in a buying mood - so you will need to set up the rest of the funnel and keep them on your site until they are warmed up...
good luck if you do decide to go for it .
let us know how you get on

Hi there Phill! Thank you so much for the detailed reply. You are right. What do you really mean when you say "informational keyword"? the type of "what is keto diet"? (for example). Because it is a what-is type of kw. But it´s educational. I think it´s a good kw to get traffic right?
Thank you Phill!

as kyle goes through with his customer lifecycycle - the customer goes through various stages when looking for products.
the first stage is knowing that they have a problem - but are totally unaware that there maybe a solution...
this is when they start gathering information on the subject..
they are no where near the buying phase as they don't know if or what products they need or whether the path is the right one for them.
with these types of keywords the high authority sites have most of them covered.
unless you can get the snippet ( the top result ) or pos 1, 2, or 3 the chances of getting traffic are slim.
just because there are large numbers of people looking doesn't make much difference - they will mostly go fo the top three positions....
so look on google and see who are in the top three and can you beat them - yes - go for it
maybe - keep it for a later date
no- move onto the next keyword....
