Personally I would try to narrow it down a little bit, perhaps to just tablets, or just smartphones, and then you could narrow it even more if you wanted. Example, you could focus on smartphones for a certain demographic of people, whether it may be young kids or the elderly. Or you could focus on a specific type of tablet - tablets with keyboards, android tablets, etc? It's a bit easier to gain an audience when your niche is more focused.
