Starting My Journey with WA

I signed up with WA about 2 weeks ago, after researching multiple resources. I decided to sign up since it is absolute free, it gave me an opportunity to see what WA is all about. My goodness was I in shock, the friendly and helpful community, so many people extended their welcome and encouragement, it was pretty overwhelming, well in a good way :)

So I started by clicking get "started here", first it was just just "let's watch the video and see what's up". Slowly, my notes went from on the back of a junk mail that I just pulled out to pages and pages of real notes that I had to "steal" a binder from my son. That was last week. Today I have two binders of notes - lesson/training notes and content notes.

Knowledge is Power

I still can't believe how much is to learn. I am taking advantage of my sick leave from my full time job, I found myself spending few hours on going through lessons then few hours adding contents to my site. There has been many times I had to take the laptop to bed so I was able to rest (I am not suppose to be sitting up for long periods of time). But to be honest, I haven't feel this excited about working for a long time, I am building something that is MINE, I have bragging rights to every bit of progress that I have made so far!

Setting Up Goals

I am a true believer of setting goals. My short term goal is to bring in additional $500 a month before my son's graduation next year to able to give all of us a family vacation. Maybe a Mediterranean cruise?

Long term goals, let's see, I would love to be able to quit my 9 - 5 (hopefully within next 12 months) and work my butt off for myself for once. I want to have full control of my own schedule, be able to work from anywhere and generate an income that we are able to live off and pay off the mortgage within the next 7 years.

Sense of Achievement

I am so proud of what I have done so far, I can't get tired of my site :) My mind is constantly working on ideas, no matter where I am. Every minute that you are able to spend on gathering more information on your niche is an achievement. One thing I have learned is don't take yourself for granted, give yourself credit for achievements so we are able to achieve more!

Moving Forward

"Learn something new everyday" that's what I want to achieve. With the expert trainings on WA, I can't wait to see what I am able do next!

Cheers!

Phoebe

Great Blog Post! I am going to check out your websites as well. Get well soon and keep up the good work. Carry a fire extinguisher with you because you are ON FIRE!

Hi Jaspal,

The only reason I signed up initially was because it did not promise "Get Rich Quick", to me all those so called opportunities are scams.

I can't wait to learn more!

Cheers,
Phoebe

Hi Phoebe !
Welcome to WA!
I like your spirit!
Yes, WA is a great place to learn and succeed in one's business!
I think consistency is the key to making it in the affiliate marketing business?
Some people only work 1 or 2 days a month and expect to achieve amazing results?
It does not work that way!
It is NOT a get-rich-quick system but rather a "get-rich-slow" one?!
That is my view anyway.
That is why I GO to work every day!
Wish you well.
Best Regards.
Jaspal
