April Fools
Just a quick note to say that I feel it is in bad taste to post April Fools jokes about negative topics, such as leaving WA. It spreads uncertainty for those who are new to our fabulous community. Regardless of whether it is a joke or not, we should always strive to remain positive.

Fair call Peter, I did read a couple of April fool posts and the titles caught my eye and I instantly thought it to be true, only to find it was a joke. While I don't do this myself, I typically don't get upset when others do it. However, I probably would if more members were doing it. But I respect your view on this issue :-)
Agreed! Still, I cannot recall anyone who did this year...but then maybe I wasn't ;looking either...I tend to ignore those folks and that foolishness...
Maybe there could have been WA test .... now iv probably given Kyle an idea for next year .... anyway I think we have to have a sense of humour too ... that is very important :)
Yes, I agree but a very funny April Fool joke was on our local airwaves that all over 65's were going to have to resit their driving test ... there was some back lash to it & so many upset ... even today some where still angry about it ... even though it was a joke, ha, ha, ha ....
As I am a member here for a long time, I do know the people who write those titles, and I do know as well they are never going to leave, but you are right about the thoughts new members can have with titles like that.
