A Life Saving Book
With Easter almost upon us, commemorating the crucifixion and subsequent ascension of Christ, I am reminded that recently, we lost a family member who had been suffering from prostate cancer. He was a member of the old school, with a firm belief in the judgment of his doctors and willingly subjected himself to chemotherapy. He did not live long after that and became quite helpless in the end, with his wife and daughter having to bathe, wash and shave him. Quite a change from the fit and active man he had been before.
On the plus side, he had lived a good life. He was a sincere Christian who lived into his nineties, was happily married and his children and grand children all found their place in life; they all turned into decent, loving family members, and he even got to enjoy some cute great-grandkids.
After his 90th birthday, my wife said to him, "Now, your next target is 100." He admonished her, saying, "Don't talk like that. I am ready to go home."
He did not believe in alternative remedies. That is unfortunate, because had he checked into that subject, he might have avoided the suffering and being a burden on his family. His cancer might have gone in remission and he could have passed away quietly in his sleep at a later time.
Some decades ago, we had the honor of meeting the investigative reporter and renowned author, G. Edward Griffin, who wrote "The Creature from Jekyll Island" and, more to the point of this post, "A World Without Cancer." Mr. Griffin claimed that cancer is a deficiency disease, similar to scurvy and pellagra, and can be prevented - and perhaps cured - by a regular intake of Vitamin B17 (leatrile) that you can obtain by eating apricot kernels. He told us that he had offered a $1000 reward for anyone who could disprove his claim and that so far nobody had come forward to claim the reward.
The evidence presented in World Without Cancer is quite convincing and my wife and I have included apricot kernels in our daily diet. Perhaps you or someone you know can benefit from this information. For information on where to obtain apricot kernels, PM me. Happy Easter!

Thank you for sharing that Peter. It's unfortunate people fall into the hands of chemotherapy. Which wasn't that developed to kill people originally! For me I am very big into natural cures.
I don't know how true this is, Thomas, but I have heard it claimed that mustard gas has been used (maybe still is) for chemotherapy, which was used extensively in WWI to kill soldiers. Anyway, I agree with you on natural cures. Thanks for the reply.
