Hi - well, you shouldn't have affiliate links in every post. Some posts should be purely informational with no selling intent.
As regards the number of links in a post, most people will probably say 1 link for every 500 words.
However, you can have more providing that they have been added because they add value to the post, and you have actually reviewed the products and not just sprinkled the links everywhere.

Don't change the heading , your 90 is an awesome score and rather go and look at what can be improved by scrolling down to see if its something about sentence construction, grammar or maybe lack of sub headings you could get 100.
Do you you have external and internal inks as that also will change the score , try and have both!

A very good score is between 60 and 80. For best results, you should aim for 70 and above.. These are just guidelines, however it should not replace quality content however both can be achieved.

I never alter my post content to score higher, I just tweak the meta descriptions and make sure my alt text is correct on my pictures etc, and ensure I have some internal and external links

At the end of the day, it just offers suggestions, it's not a guarantee that you will be ranked. You could tweak it to reach 100, but if the information in your content is poor in the first place, your SEO score will make no difference.
It depends on how much words you wrote and how did you use them, on the pictures you put, on the title and a lot of others little settings, like internal or external links, video, etc...
It sounds like you've removed one or all of your keywords from the heading when you make the changes.
I use the suggestions from AIOSEO to score as high as I can, my aim is to be above 85/100 on all pages/posts.
Do you enter your keyword and follow the suggestions for improving the SEO of the page or post?
ok then I have no idea why that would make a difference, adding the separator and some extra text shouldn't lower your score but I bow to others greater SEO knowledge.

Hi - take a look at this training. Affiliate Disclosures, FTC Guidelines, and Amazon Rules You will need to add Amazon's exact phrase to each post that contains one of their affiliate links. You add it directly above the first link in each post.
And make sure your full disclosure is clearly visible in your top menu, not added as a drop-down from another page or post.

Hi - if you look to the right of the Block Editor, when you have clicked on a block, there is an option called Color Settings. If you click on that, you can see Background Color.
However, there is no need to make it that obvious by using color, you don't want it to detract from your content. Simply having the phrase in each post is enough to meet Amazon's requirements.

Download the WPCode - Insert Headers, Footers, and Code Snippets and add the code in the header section,
Paste just once is good.

I had installed the header and footer plug in and that made this process easier. That is if you know what you are doing it makes things easier, I'm now thinking this has become a problem for me!
