Dear WA-Friends

I love to read, and lately I read this in a book of Wisdom Tales. The follwing one I want to share with you. Perhaps some of you already know it.

Only the Best
Once there was a farmer, whose corn always won the first prize at the state agricultural show. This farmer was known for a strange custom. He shared his very best corn seeds with all the other farmers in his neighbourhood. As he was asked why he did this, he answered, smiling: «It is in my own interest. The wind carries pollen from one field to another. When my neighbours also cultivates the best seeds, my corn will keep it’s good quality.»

Wisdom from the USA

As I read this, I immediately thought of WA. This is what WA makes so special. Here we share our experiences, our knowledge and our thougths with eachother and above all we help eachother.

To give and receive feedbacks is a way of helping eachother. It is very useful for especially us newcomer to get honest feedbacks and as well to give honest feedbacks. This can sometimes hurt and make us sad. Instead of taking a feedback personally I try to look at it as a great opportunity to learn how I can improve my website/work. It is a tremendous advantage for us being part of a community like WA. Every person has his/her own talents, and if we share our talents this will result in a significant leverage of the quality of our websites/online businesses.

You hit the nail on the head with this one Pernilla. Feedback is meant to be helpful so we must be as honest as we can when providing them. We should receive them with a positive attitude as they normally identifies flaws and also areas possibly needing improvements. Thanks for sharing this useful post and also for sharing these links.
