Go to Users > Your Profile and you should be able to change the password there. It's under Account Management. Click on the Generate Password button then you can overwrite the suggested password with one of your own choosing.

Make sure you use a strong password so your site doesn't get hacked

Try the following:

Click on Your Profile
Click on Account Settings - this will bring up the General Settings page
Click on Eidt password - you can enter the new password here-

I don't know anything about them Peram. I do know that they are not associated with Google. Backlinks using this method could be detrimental to your rankings.
