Hi, Pedrone, most probably a spam bot, and not a real person, although having said that a person would have kicked it off some folks are so annoying.
Just a question, with the " easy sign up " is that part of the theme that you are using, see if there is the possibility to add a captcha to your sign up this may be helpful.
If you are hosting her eon WA go, to site protection ( spam blocker ) and see if it is switched on access via site manger just top to your site login in click on Details and scroll down. just switch it on.
if you have issues contact your time provider, they may have a workaround or perhaps look at using a dedicated email provider. Long term it may bring better outcomes.

Hello Alex,
you are right!
I'm considering
to get a better one now
that I discover this problem
Site support has told me that on their side it's ok and is secure,
and to contact the plugin provider to check the features
available
thank you
Hello Mark,
the easy signup was not
the same as I was writing about,
as they deliver event registration software
but after I contacted them at the link you gave me,
which was helpful,
and they gave me a prompt response
and aid in my problem
the final recommendation from them was:
(I hope you find contact info on the above link as I believe this poses a security concern)
( I deactivate the plugin )
have a good day
Hi Pedrone,
I don’t know much about this kind of issue and I’m very sorry you are dealing with such thing.
Can you try google “how to delete spam subscription emails”
I did and various site claim to do it. Although you have to pay but you can sign up for free trial and cancel afterwards.
I attached screenshot of my front page.
Hope this help.
hello and thank you,
I was thinking of that
but I'm at the moment contacting the plugin provider
so let's see what they recommend to do

Hi
I went to wordpress.org/support/topic/attacks-on-sign-up/ and found this:
Attacks on sign up

Hi, I have set up Easy Sign Up on a clients web site. It works fine, but we are getting a lot of spurious sign ups – ones with hex strings for their name and doubtful looking e-mail addresses.
I had the honeypot set on but that didn’t seem to make any difference. One small point, the honeypot test defaults to ‘other comment’ but the explanatory text says it should be one word. Is this a problem?
So – how can I prevent these spurious sign ups and only allow genuine people to sign up?

Hello,
and thank for sharing your experience
with Easy Sign Up plugin,
I deactivate the plugin
as this was the best solution
given by an expert,
as it was treating the security
of my website and me,
and now I will look for a better solution
have a wonderful day
It wasn't my personal experience - just what I found on wordpress.org.
Copied it for you so you could see you weren't the only one experiencing the problem.
Hello,
hmm...Ok,
appreciate your time
thank you
have a good day
