I have tried 5 or 6 times to load my picture. Each time it shoes 100% complete but it is not showing up. What's going on?

I have tried 5 or 6 times to load my picture. Each time it shoes 100% complete but it is not showing up. What's going on?
Perhaps the image is too big. Reduce the size of the image and try again. Something between 200 and 600 pixels wide should work.
