Psychology of Money!

On the most basic level, you either you have money or you don't . On the emotional and psychological level, money becomes what you let it to become. For example, one person will build his life around his desires, and internally he calculates the amount of money he needs to meet these desires.. If he can not meet these desires, he feels poor. He may be a millionaire, but if his desires run into the billions, then he is poor in his own mind!

Another person views money as a tool for moving through life , and will feel comfortable if he has a few dollars more than he needs in his pocket, and will feel rich if he has twenty dollars more than his needs.

The difference between these two people does not lie in their actual wealth, but lies in their emotional and psychological relationship to money. They may both have the exact same amoun of money but one measure it against their desires, and the other measure is against their needs. One who measures money against desires will never be happy, because there will always be another desire waiting to lure them in. One who measures money against their needs can gain control of their lives because they can have control over their needs. These people are inevitably happier!

The Poor thinking man is materialistic. The Rich man is more Spiritual.

Either way it's a prime driver!

I'd like to get to the place where I can say that I control money, not money controls me... still working on that though...
