Today I’m warning you about the many brain toxins found in the foods you’re eating, the beverages you drinks, possibly even your water. There is fluoride in most tap water which has been proven to lower IQ levels . Artificial sweeteners generate free radicals that trigger the death of brain cells too.
The use of high dose pesticides and herbicides on our fruits and vegetables is helping diminish our cognitive functions also. Our non organic fruits and veggies, corn, beets summer squash soy, and zucchini are high in GMO’s ( genetically modified organisms). These GMO’s cause our brains to become rancid and toxic. And to make matters worse, even moderate alcohol consumption has been shown to damage brain neurons, along with the use of aluminum in antiperspirants and deodorants can cause toxic build-up of heavy metals in the brain.
So be careful what you choose to eat, drink and apply to your body for your own protection. You can prevent brain damage by eating organically, getting the proper amount of sleep daily, detoxing from heavy metals and using safe natural brain supplements like B-12. Gingko Biloba, Vinpocetine, D3, Lechitin and Acetyl L Carnitine. All these can be used alone or together and when stacked together are called Nootropics,aka brain enhancers. And couldn’t we all use some enhancement in the department!

It's a little scary what's going into our foods. I try to eat organic as much as possible. What I don't grow myself I try to purchase even though it's more costly.
