Did I waste my time today?
I was online with WA over 4 hours today and can't say what I actually achieved! Read and answered emails, applied to affiliate programs for my niche, searched for media for my site and designed a logo.It may sound like a lot, but didn't learn anything new . When that happens, I feel unaccomplished! Hopefully my content will get tended to tomorrow. Seems there are so many distractions to get me off task, I feel I need to ignore the extras and focus primarily on developing my site daily and complete more Lessons!

I've been there. You can't feel as thought you accomplished nothing. The key is to spend most of the following the training and writing content. I spend about 50% of my time doing just that and the rest of the time doing other things.

You are right Madam. Me too, sometimes use almost four to fives hours enjoying and answering questions, reading posts and commenting on them.
If you want to moderate the messages go to your profile, click it and click your account settings, scroll down and choose by checking and unchecking.
You should prioritize your valuable time on your own website.
Having said that, everyone wants to stay up to date with what is going on and get back to those who want or need it.
