I'm glad I ranked in google, but I didn't rank well. I'm not on the first 10 pages of google under my keywords. Any advice would be awesome thanks
Hi - the email actually means you have been indexed not ranked. They are 2 different things. Being indexed simply means that Google has found your website. Being ranked highly by Google takes a lot longer.
Hi - each post is ranked individually, not the whole website. Not every post will rank highly, it depends on the content, the use of the keyword etc. Google views all new sites with suspicion, so the age of the site also plays a part. It can take up to 6 months.
Sorry one more question for you. Does it normally take six months because my affiliate programs will be closed if no sales after 180 days? thanks
Hi - not necessarily, if you have written excellent, original content on a low competition keyword. I presume you are talking about Amazon? If you don't meet the target, you can apply again immediately and will be given a new ID. This means your links won't work and you will have to change them all.
... that's wonderful news! .... keep cranking out quality original content and you'll get there! ... all the best, cheerio ... :)
