I recently set up a small PPC campaign and want to know how many of my site visitors are coming through that route. I can see the 'clicks' I have on the PPC site, but what do they show up as in Google analytics? Are they the organic search, referral, or direct? Just wondered what category they would be.

Exactly as Larry says. Word of caution Gail, be watchful of Google PPC, as I found out years ago, it can drain a bank account quite quickly if not monitored

I got caughtt very early on and it stopped me promoting that way, for that reason.

There are more cost effective methods, including Bing.Which gives you the same result for under half the cost

The percentages in the Home page scoll down two the right you will see All users the percentages for each week are shown and the segments that that are organic search, referral, or direct are in color I was hard to figure out until I learned it, I hope this was helpful
