Have written emails in regards to this. with no response. I see also even though they say that you can get all the help you need, I am to the point that I don't believe this.</

I am canceling cancellation my membership please

Cant seem to get past the DNS transfer

feeling similiarly after exactly one month and 2 days as premium member

Hate to see you lose faith and your passion with Wealthy Affiliate in less than 48 hours, but as several have mentioned WA is more about providing the resources and educating/informing members on how to setup a website, ways to increase traffic; thus, increasing your income.

I think it's pretty awesome that you risked your life for this country, but I'm sure you had your doubts during your initial Processing Days with the U.S. Navy; as you now have with Wealthy Affiliate.

If you have your doubts and a gut feeling that you still want to cancel your membership after a couple of days, I respect and understand that.

What a shame Paul. When you say you didn't see anything on the dashboard do you mean you couldn't see the Certification Courses and the Live Video Classes or was there some other content that you were hoping to see?

Sorry you didn't get the help you needed. I don't know why you would think Wealthy Affiliate is a work at home company because it is a training program that teaches you ways to start your own business which as many people know takes months of hard work.

If you want to cancel just click "Account Settings" in the lower left menu and than on the "Manage" link next to your membership status. Best of luck in your future!

Untrue !!!! I head sent a email to his e mail address recently with NO RESPONSE, you heard right NO RESPONSE.

There are three hundred thousand plus members here - how long did you wait? cAn you imagine how many emails he has to deal with a day, I have been here eight years and I have never heard of him ignoring anyone.

The cancellation instructions have bene given to you but there are hundreds of people here to help you . You won't regret it if you decide to go ahead.

First of all congratulation on your eight years with this company and success in the coming years. Now you also respond high and mighty that I didn't wait for a response. Really thAt is only part of my election of withdrawal, perhaps if you purchase a product and don't see the product, I think that you too wouldn't appreciate this. All I seen was a little thing by my picture saying premium, that is it, no bunch of websites, Ect ect and all the video programs of seminars Ect ect, nothing in the area like seen on the video stating what you receive for upgrade, I too think thAt you would be concerned right!!!
But of course I see where you have the title as embasedor so I guess that make a big difference in the way you came on to me at the beginning of your message. You may be a embasador with this company however I am a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer and wasn't born yesterday.

Clearly it's not but once someone's mind is made up there is no point in offering to help you because you have decided on your course of action even if it means cutting off your nose to spite your face as they say.

Paul, Premium means that you have full access to everything that Wealthy Affiliate offers. You are not going to actually see any major visual changes to your profile. As for all of the websites you get, you have to build them in order to get them.

Seeing how you upgraded to Premium only 2 days after joining you definitely would not notice a difference because your first 7 days of Starter are exactly like Premium. After 7 days you lose direct communication, comments, chat, and access to Premium training.

As for getting Kyle or Carson to respond to an email is impossible. I have never had them reply to me quickly and its understandable with over 190,000 world-wide members. The quickest way to get help is to ask the community.

I'm really sorry you feel this way Paul. With so many dedicated people in this community, I'm very surprised you didn't get any help when you needed it. I would be more than happy to help you, if you wanted to give it another shot.

If you still choose to cancel, you need to click on Account Settings (lower left corner) and go to Membership. There is a blue "manage" tab where you would want to close out your account.

Again, I'm sorry to hear your frustrations. I hope you would reconsider. No matter what your decision, I wish you all the best.

Sorry that you have had problems here. I think most of the members are out doing their own thing and sometimes they just check in every now and then to send a blog or answer question but lots of members don't really hang here you know. Who is your sponsor?
