I keep hearing get on Instagram as it is the latest thing!!!
Well as you all know I will try anything so I have done it joined but cannot find out hoe to posy anything or add pics yes so any help would be appreciated

download the app to your phone. use the app to take pictures and then through the app you upload the picture to Instagram--simple, explanation

contact the Apple Store and they should help you with how to use Instagram on an iPhone. I follow some celebrities and they all have oPhones and still posts pictures and videos on Instagram

There is a few ways of posting to Instagram.
1. You can use Gramblr which works really well. An its free.

Another thing you can do is send the picture to your phone an post it that way. You would need to download the Instagram app to your phone for it to work.
I no you like to share pics and that's what i do just to grab my followers attention instead of promoting my business all the time.
