How to lose weight

HI guys and Gals

Well summer will be here soon and you want to look your best and so you want to lose weight so this is the best thing to do

First you heave to decide that you do really want to lose weight and look good

Second you have to be prepared to make some changes

Third you have to stick to the new routine

If you can do this then read on

The first thing you have to do is add a simple exercise and the best is walking. Now this is something that we can all do easily BUT I mean you have to add and extra 2 miles of walking a day to your routine! Yes 2 miles a day extra and you can do that by not driving everywhere - easy as that !

The next thing is add i - 2 litres of natural water to everything else that you drink and this is best to be a good natural water with a PH of 7-8

The next thing is what you eat and here you have to stop to eat dairy products. Stop eating sweets, cakes, biscuits and puddings etc. and replace with fruits

Start your day with a fruit shake (fruits blended together) instead of bacon and eggs!

All this is easy just change what you are doing just a bit and you will start to lose your weight and feel better

Then you will be ready for the next stage!

I am doing this right now

Drinking lots of water is key. When I want to lose weight I don't try to change my diet (which is already pretty healthy). i just eat less since it's all about the calories.

What's wrong with dairy products, Paul?

This is a good question and I will reply by saying sooooooo many people are allergic to dairy and they do not realise it!

But it does not mean that who is not allergic must to stop eat it. Plan right balanced diet in accordance to your activity and energy use because loosing weight is one thing and loosing weight and be healthy is other one. There is a lot more what is needed to balance same as being marketer is not only to make blog/site
