Don't go Pressing Buttons stupidly

Had an extraordinary experience today. Went off the look at the new look Wealthy Affiliate website. Very impressive. Don't know what I pressed exactly, went off to rest and came back in a brand new user starter account.

Here's the difficulty, in this account you have no access to mail, so you can't send messages (i consider this a flaw, mistakes happen and you should be able to send at least one message for help). It completely locked me out of everything. I tried everything, logged out, then logged back in, kept sending me back to the starter account. Logged out again, deleted my history cleared al my browsing history, logged back in, same starter account. (This proves that WA security is top of the line, super excellent)

Finally I attempted to get creative, I went onto my email to find someone in any of my old conversations i could contact, All my mail now went to this new starter account, at first no one paid attention to me, they assumed that I was a new account, then someone did notice. At first no one understood what the problem was, as when they looked at my account my permissions were normal. they didn't realized that I now had 2 accounts both working perfectly. The challenge was everything I did sent me to the new starter account, not my PaulChetwyn account. I was cut off from everything. It took time to get that message across.

However it still took them a day and a half to understand (key point) and then solve my challenge.

Key take aways

1- Don't do stupid things like pressing any buttons

2 - Wealth Affiliates has excellent security protocols protecting my personal data and files,

3 - In the starter account, it would be nice if the ability to communicate was included even if just limited to Site Support.

It would've of saved me a day and a half.
