5 Strategies for Success
#1 Do Not Feel You Are Entitled
An entitlement mentality prevents you from earning things based on merit. You're less likely to work hard if you're always complaining about what you are owed.
Get over yourself. Life isn't always fair and your problems are not unique. There is no reason why good things should happen to you unless you put in the time and effort to achieve them.
Focus on what you have to give instead of always wanting to take.
Learn to give.
#2 Do Not Fear Change
When you get stuck in a rut, it means that it's time for a change. At first, you will be unaware that a change is necessary. As soon as you realize the need for change, you have to make a plan and put your plan into action.
What are the advantages of making a change and what are the disadvantages of remaining where you are now?
Breakdown your plan into small pieces and go about this change in small increments.
Imagine the "new person" you will become after you change this part of your life.
#3 Do Not Make The Same Mistakes Over and Over Again
The worst mistake of all is the one that you do not learn from making.
Study your mistake. What went wrong? What could you have done better? What can you do differently next time? Acknowledge that you are responsible for your mistakes. You are the one who will have to change this behavior to remedy this error.
Make a written plan to rectify this problem so have a means of changing what went wrong. Learn to recognize the warning signs that lead to this mistake.
Do not be a repeat offender.
#4 Do Not Try To Please Everyone
If you try to please everyone, you will have no time for yourself. Don't assume that everyone needs your help.
There are many times when you have to do the important things in your life. Learn to be assertive. Learn to say no!
You need to take care of yourself as well. Get an exercise program going. Walk alone, at the park, around a lake, or at the beach, so you can relax your mind and be comfortable with your thoughts.
Recognize that you don't have to make everyone happy, and you'll be more relaxed and less stressed.
Your confidence will grow and you will have more time and energy to spend on your own life. Appreciate who you are. You do not always have to go along with the crowd.
This will get rid of your "doormat" mentality and boost your self-confidence and self-esteem.
#5 Do Not Be Afraid To Take Calculated Risks
Your fear of taking risks will lead to avoiding risk-taking.
Fear is an emotion and emotion interferes with logic. Fear can often be good.
When you are crossing the street you look to both sides before crossing to avoid injury. You fear getting hit by some big metal object. This is using logic to deal with your fear of getting hit by a bus. Learn to balance emotion and logic.
What is the worst thing that can happen if you try this?
What can you do to reduce the risk?
How bad is the worst case scenario and how great are the benefits if you succeed?
Educate yourself about a risk and calculate the risk before making your decision. Remember when you were crossing the street? You didn't cross without looking left and right, and you didn't cross with your eyes closed. This is a form of calculating the risk.
Practice this technique and soon you will calculate risk quickly and accurately.
You will never achieve great success without taking calculated risks.
Enjoy these strategies and learn how to use them to your advantage. They will be of great benefit to you as you journey towards your vision of success.

Thanks, Lanu, for reading my post.
I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed it.
These are truly great lessons for all of us.
Have a great weekend.
This is some great advice! Thanks for sharing.
I would also add that you should always be delivering and thinking about providing value to your readers. Don't always be concerned or thinking about the money you can make from them buying something or it may come across that way in your writing. Just provide value and you will build the trust of your audience and eventually become an authority in your niche.
Thanks, all the best and much success!
Howie
