Holidays Almost Here
When I thought about it the other day,I wonder where the time has gone. Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner. That's okay by me though I have always looked forward to these two holidays because of family gatherings and traditions. I love when family can get together and have a good time. We especially like Christmas Eve, my husband cooks a big pot of Gumbo and all the kids and grand kids come over. By late evening we have dinner,then finish trimming the Christmas tree, then everyone gets to open one gift. This is a tradition my Mother-in-law started,even though she is deceased my husband still wants to keep it going as a family tradition.and besides that we love having everybody over anyway. Well Happy Holidays to everyone.
