I cannot see the Add Your Goals Icon in my home screen. The top bar is not visible and none of the icons are showing in the side bar. Can anyone help please?

Hi - not sure if you saw my reply in Live Chat? "Hello from Nottingham! The video as regards setting up your profile is quite old, and the platform has been updated since. I looked at your profile, you have done everything you need to do."

and also I will advise you to check your connection.
the last thing you can do is to contact the site support.
