Is anyone having difficulty accessing their email accounts? I have two email accounts but have been unable to check either and have requested assistance but no one in support r
make sure that the passwords are the right length...double clicking them add a character to the start of the password after pasting....
so i use the home button and delete and then am let in....
i hope you get it sorted.

Hi
Sometime when we copy and paste or double click we add a space to beginning or end of our password and thus unable access.
Also you can access one webmail at a time on a browser, unless you open the other one in a different browser.

Hi Patricia - did you set this up as an email forwarding address? If so, then any messages will be in the inbox you selected to forward the email to.
If you set it up as just a straight email address then you'll need to follow these directions.
1. Select 'Websites' from the tabs across the top of this page
2. Select 'SiteManager' from the drop down
3. Once in SiteManager - select SiteEmail from the tabs across the top (it's the 2nd from the right hand side
4. You should see your email inbox there.

I deleted my site and no longer need the Domain what next? I purchased a new domain for my new niche. Do I need to renew the old Domain or can I allow it to expire?
Patricia, you should receive a n email about a month before y our old domain is about to expire. If you don't want to renew it, there's no action you need to take.
Just something to think about: If you're not 100% sure about the domain name you selected, you can keep it as a free domain under Site Rubix. It may not get indexed or ranked as quickly if you had a .com, but at least it gives you time to find a name that fits your brand.
Thank for your help. I don't know much about the brand I was initially marketing :). I purchased a new domain for the niche and product I am now branding, and more knowledgeable. It took me a year to get the item on the market it's already earning without a site. I am thinking its time to give them a home.

I actually purchased a domain without really knowing what I was doing. Fortunately, it only cost like $13.99 for the year, so it wasn't any great loss.
My confusion was that I thought a keyword had to be in the domain name. That just messed me up for weeks! Now I know that you can have a "keyword-rich" domain name or a brand name. For example, Google is definitely a brand name.
