This is a common problem with regular thinkers. The brain need a break to. Try a breathing exercise. Meditate at least twice a day.

Writers block is a very common problem! I think most people experience it from time to time. With practice you will overcome it.
Just a suggestion. Every time I have an idea I record a quick voice memo on my phone so that when I sit down to right a post I can call up my ideas. Give it a try.

Jot down any ideas you have in a journal for example if I m watching a program on family issues I will make notes and cobstruct that around my next post. There a loads of ideas floating around
