I have stopped using Askimet. Long before my bill was due. Yet my Credit Card was charged unnecessarily. How can I get back my USD59.00 which is roughly equivalent to $7,375.

I have stopped using Askimet. Long before my bill was due. Yet my Credit Card was charged unnecessarily. How can I get back my USD59.00 which is roughly equivalent to $7,375.
If they were authorized to take the money or they didn't deliver what they said they would, talk to your credit card company they may return the funds and charge Askimet back for it. Also you can put a stop payment on any further charges from Askimet. Hope this helps

The search button on my website. It is not working and I do not know how to set it up, so that it may work.
I think you need to go to your widgets and find the search on the list and move it to your side bar. After that refresh your website and you should be able to see it. Hope this helps If I got your question right.

You can also create your own navigation with a menu set up from your WordPress Dashboard under Appearances\Menus. Most themes support this so at this point I am assuming that yours also would support this.

Thanks again the situation has been resolved somewhat. Many thanks. It appears that I have been intruded by viruses.
Marith I am still having problem. maybe I am having a virus. I dont know. I did try to submit a post again I do not know how that is working yet. I did not have all the writing tools to work with.
First try to empty your cache, that solves a lot of this kind of problems, then refresh. If still not working you should contact support here at WA and get help from them
