I've had many deep conversations and thoughts with a trusted friend while taking walks.So walk with me. My beginning thought is technologies will change. The nature of a human never really changes. First off, I'm not claiming any expertise in this area, just sharing my thoughts. People have different views of what meditation is. I asked a number of dictionaries and listened to her various etymologies. And here's my own meaning, it comes to one word called Focus.I think everyone meditates already on something and or someone all the time. Good or Bad thoughts.
